- Visit the creator platform on your phone/Desktop or laptop and log in.
- Navigate to the learners page.
- Click on “bulk invite leaners” button then click on the “Download and fill in this CSV” link.
- You will get a CSV template where you will enter the details as instructed.
- You can choose to add both the phone number and email or phone number only.
- Make sure to add the “Country code” and “Phone number” correctly.
- Once you’ve update the CSV save you file.
- Now upload the CSV file and click on “bulk invite learners.
- If you added email, learners will get notified via email that they’ve been invited to your organization.
- If a learner added using bulk upload had no email and only had a phone number as their primary identification method, they will receive a message on WhatsApp asking them to reset their password first before they join.
