How an editor can upload learners in bulk using phone numbers and/or email as primary identifiers
Visit the creator platform on your phone/Desktop or laptop and log in.
Navigate to the learners page.
Click on “bulk invite leaners” button then click on the “Download and fill in this CSV” link.
You will get a CSV template where you will enter the details as instructed.
You can choose to add both the phone number and email or phone number only.
Make sure to add the “Country code” and “Phone number” correctly.
Once you’ve update the CSV save you file.
Now upload the CSV file and click on “bulk invite learners.
If you added email, learners will get notified via email that they’ve been invited to your organization.
If a learner added using bulk upload had no email and only had a phone number as their primary identification method, they will receive a message on WhatsApp asking them to reset their password first before they join.
