How to sign up/login using phone number

Learner journey on Sign up with phone number

• Visit the learner web app platform on your phone/desktop or laptop.
• Hit sign up to start the sign-up process
• You will see a sign-up form with full name, email, phone number and password field.
• You can choose to fill in a phone number only or both email and phone number.
• To sign up via phone number only, add your full name, password then select your country code and add you phone number.
• Click verify phone number.

• A modal will appear with instructions that indicate that the phone number verification code has been sent to WhatsApp.
• Add the verification code shared to your Whatsapp and click on “verify phone number”.
• Having added your full name and password, you should be registered successfully.

Learner journey on login with phone number

• Visit the learner web app platform on your phone/desktop or laptop and proceed to login
• You notice that you can either login via email or phone number, Select login with phone number to proceed.

• Add your country code, phone number and correct Password and you should be logged in Successfully.
